Here's an example at the other end of the scale. A red car is seen waiting near to a right turning into a sports complex in the Derriford area of Plymouth. (I had been swimming at the nearby pool at MarJohns, and thereby giving any people watching me time to organise cars and people at various places that I might go along.)

When I stop my car in the road, this seems to confuse the driver, who then does a reversing turn in the road, and goes towards nearby traffic lights. Then when the lights go to green the driver does an abrupt, (illegal), U-turn in the road.

Very strange!

Note also — the woman jogger who seems to be on her mobile phone early in the video, looks up, and then decides to start running. Also a white car coming out of the sports complex just at that moment.
