Sometimes the people behind the surveillance seem very skilled at what they're doing, other times not so! Here's an example of the former — although, as with most of these examples, one can't be 100% sure that this is the case....

The next video shows an industrial vehicle next to some road works. It's not shown on the video but the driver was seen in the cab as my car passed. I continued on my way, and to my surprise, the same vehicle, (I believe), passed by on the inside lane at a roundabout a few hundred yards further on, where there were three lanes, me in the middle.

So, either the driver was involved in work at the road works which involved just sitting in a vehicle parked near to the works, then driving off at about 3pm —or it's relatively sophisticated surveillance, which incidentally would involve others telling him that I was likely to pass by at that time.
